French bronze and crystal hinged lidded box, bronze mounts with enameled scroll decoration and inset red stone cabochons, cut glass lid with inset painted portrait, remnants of hand written paper label to bottom ''1878...Cardinal...Franc...''. 5''h. Missing cabochon to one post, hinge lacking original pin, one foot reattaches, some light wear to enamel.
