Pair of Durs Egg, London, Percussion Dueling Pistols. This exquisite pair of pistols has 9-1/2'' octagon barrels with Damascus finish. The barrels top flats are marked ''D. Egg 4 Pall Mall London''. The locks and hammers are scroll engraved with a sliding safety. The stock has some figure with engraved silver forend and grip cap. The trigger guard is engraved and ends in a pineapple front extension. The overall condition is very good showing a few handling marks on the wood. Both pistols are in working order. The fitted case is equipped with tools and loading accessories along with markers label. A very fine set of London Pistols.
